what methods of payment do you take?

we take most major credit cards including Visa and Mastercard

is your credit card service secure?

yes. Your online payments are taken securely by using one of the U.K's leading secure payment gateways and your credit card details are not stored by real hair.

how do I know when my order has been received?

when we have received your order you will get a confirmation email from us. you will then get another email confirming when the order is despatched.

how long before my order is delivered?

when your order is delivered depends on the delivery address, but most delivers are dispatched within 4 days.

can I send one order to multiple addresses?

unfortunately to minimise credit card fraud we do not allow one order to be sent to multiple addresses.

will I have to pay import duties?

there may be import duties if you live outside the european union which you will be liable for. local customs offices will inform you if that is the case.

what happens if the item is incorrect or I do not like it?

if you are not completely satisfied with your order we can offer either a refund or exchange providing that goods are returned to us within 30 days of purchase. please ensure that the packaging is wrapped securely and for your protection we recommended that you use a recorded delivery service. see our delivery & returns for more information

how do you do refunds?

we aim to handle your returns within seven days of receiving the goods. if the goods are being returned because they were incorrectly supplied, then we will also refund the postage and packaging costs.

please note that if you have purchased your products via one of our stockists you will need to arrange your return or exchange with them directly.

how do you use and store my personal information (our privacy policy)?

all personal information you supply to us will be treated in accordance with data protection act and we endeavour to take all reasonable steps to protect your personal data including the use of encryption technology. We will only read cookies from your cookie file placed there through your web browser’s interaction with the site.
